Neptune Marina/Ipswich Haven

We are planning to bring the boat up to the wet dock as a hotel while seeing Jethro Tull on Saturday night.
For a single night is there any difference between Neptune or Ipswich Haven ?

Personally prefer Ipswich Haven altho it's a longer walk (extra 6-7 mins) into town. Neptune Marina is often full of rubbish floating in the water, also there is a 'venue' nearby which we have found noisy.

I think the facilities at Ipswich Haven are better and more convenient as well. More space too.
