Need to obtain €40000 cash in Greece

This is where everyone here will be looking to nick pick on this posting and put the boot in .
Time to hold my Hands up .
If I was offered a boat worth say 100k for 40k for cash and I know that it was all 100% above board every thing in order , other then the 40k cash part to hand over , I be very tempted .
As I said before , things are done very differently in some Med countries.
It's not middle England .
It's known for Cars, land even property to be sold partly in cash .
How the OP get the 40k over to the seller without getting caught is the tricky part .
But I bet there a way .
Here a suggestion ,
if as you say the transition is being done through a legal department, they normally wouldn't complete until money have changed hands and they seen it has happen so I guess they are part of the master plain ,
Put your cards on the table and ask them what options you have .
By the way if the boat happens to be a Bowman 50 around the 2000 model , and you decided not to go ahead , pm me the details please :)

....What I really want to know is whether I can complain about that runner woman (the one with a widow's peak) whose face leers at me every time I walk through Milton Keynes station, telling me to put my money in a Santander account. What qualifications does she have, eh?

You could, complain to the FCA if you find the financial content misleading, are subsequently charged undisclosed fees, locked into something unsuitable, etc.

Alternatively you cld report it to the ASA should you with good reason find dear Jessica offensive by reason of taste, decency, or social responsibility.

Trouble is, you'll have to catch her first before she pays you any compensation ;)
