Need replacement bung for through-hull fitting

I bought a boat fitted with a Simrad IS-12 Log. The transducer is meant to come with a bung that fits the through-hull fitting and allows the transducer to be removed while the boat is out of use. This is missing. I checked with the UK Simrad importer and he says that the bung is not available as a spare. Does anyone have an idea where I might get one?

Your best bet is a Boat Jumble.......

If you can't get a spare bung, maybe someone - Simrad or a service company - has a u/s transducer that you could put in instead?

Suggest you go back to Simrad and shout a bit louder. This is p**s poor of Simrad. Thought they would be better than this.

Try: http://www.airmar.com/pdfs/xref/xref.pdf and identify which transducer you have , then let me know I will try and get you a bung.
