Need info re:rental & docking of yacht

I'm totally new at the boating world.
I don't have a boat but plan to purchase a 40-60' used yacht.
I've heard there's a business of renting out your yacht to companies
that will handle the reservation and docking space of your yacht.
In return you get personal use of your yacht ~2 days out of
the week and you get a percentage of the profits as well.
I'm interested in San Francisco & the Bay Area.
If anyone has any info regarding this please respond.
