Need help Vetus dual Joystick BPJDE2

Hello everyone I am new to this forum,
I purchased a Voyager 53 a few months ago, and orderd & received a Vetus dual thruster panel model BPJDE2 and the Vetus wireless remote model WRCBS.
The major problem I have is that the stern thruster motor witch works fine already installed on the boat is a Vetus mounted unit.

However , I found out that the bow thruster is a QL model, and thus the control model BPJDE2 does not send signal to the QL motor up front to work.
My Tech confirmed both motors systems ( stern & bow) to be different in the way they receive signal from joystick thus not been able to control the QL bow thruster.
, Does anyone know of a Relay / transducer, / interface ,/ modul , harness / that can correct this problem and render my QL bow thruster usable with the Vetus Dual Joy stick ? Thanks Tranquility 53

The switch in the original QL thruster panel is pretty basic. It's +ve, in and then switched +ve out to left or right to the PCB/relays. I suspect the QL PCB is only there to create a time delay, which is built in to the Vetus panel, so in theory you can bypass it.

The BPJDE2 panel only needs a power supply from one source, in your case it's coming via the 4 core harness from your Vetus stern thruster. The blue & white cables are the left & right.

Do your bow and stern thrusters run from the same battery bank?

Thanks for the input, to answer Your question, the front thruster as it:'s own battery bank & charger and dedicated, only to the QL truster, on the other hand the stern truster as it's own battery bank. and dedicated charger and no relation to the QL motor.
However the QL truster old joystick works with only 3 wires, and seems to transfer + positive wire to wires to the port ( Left) and then stbd (right) .
The Vetus seems to have a printed circuit inside the dual joystick and like You mentionned works with 4 wires, thus the reason I cant get the QL going. so my understanding based on Your comment is to bypass the PCB relay located on the QL motor up front ? How then to send proper signal to QL motor with the Vetus 4 wires control? Thanks
