I have two pieces of teak. One 300mm long and the other 400mm long. Their cross section is 15mmx45mm. I want to use them to reinforce my passerelle. In order to be comfortable in bare feet, I would like to make the top corners rounded.

I guess I could try this by hand with sandpaper, but I doubt it will look right. What I really need is to have the edges made to a 45 degree rounded curve with a router.

Does anyone know a man who could do this very small job for me??????

Thanks

Might help if you said where.

You're right that a router (or spindle moulder) will be the best way, but if you don't have any takers then a plane would be the old-fashioned option. You don't want to try removing lots of material by hand sanding, just tidying up at the end.
