I think these went out of production around 20 years ago, I'll have a look in my old circuit breaker box in the morning, may have the white section that you can change over the front section.

Thanks all for your replies - David, think that's going to be as close as I can get - might need to add some telltale LEDs to the switch panel.

Brian, that's very kind, but it's the paddle that's broken internally, the actual switch / breaker is fine.

I've tried ETA, as you say, long out of production..
