Need a Boat

I'm looking for a sports fishing boat mainly for use inshore and mid-channel, but also for a bit of weekend cruising with the wife & kids. Twin engines (25knts+), and all weather cover are important to me, (although I don't really need a flybridge - hard top would be better), and the family will want a bit of comfort. I don't need to sleep in it (pontoon is yds from house), but a couple of berths for occasional use would be handy. Can anyone suggest an appropriate boat at least 27ft, that can be found for about 30-40K?

twin screw/single? diesel/petrol? etc...
probably not new for that money.

Thanks. Like I said, twin engines would be better. Diesel preferred but wouldn't rule out an otherwise good boat if petrol. I expect to find something about 10 yrs old for what I intend to spend.
