No offence, but can you afford the risk of misinformation you may possibly get here in response?

Surely speak to the CAB, solicitor or union rep first

I agree with the other post. You need solid professional advice, not the unqualified opinions of the rest of us....

Unions will only help their own members. CAB may be able to help, but why not go directly to the Tribunal people. they do know their stuff, will give good (and free!) advice to anyone in your position, and if there is a case to answer will put you in touch with the appropriate professionals to support you.

There are companies that deal with employment issues on a " no win - no fee " basis.
Yellow pages may help.

Best of luck. Moral support you will get here - but technical is better left to an expert.
