Navtex broadcasts

Does anyone know if or when Cullercoats broadcasts the weather forecast? The manual shows some times which do not appear to apply.

I have checked the stations settings etc. and recive other information but no weather.

I noticed in one of the sailing mags someone selling an add-on to allow Navtex to receive inshore weather forecast. Do I need this?
