Hi - my navman chartplotter seems to have died.
When I was using it last year it started to switch off after so many minuets - which I suspect it was taking power from the internal battery.
I have checked the main power source there is 13 volts present - so is there an internal fuse which could of blown?
Any opinions welcomed
Jon

I’m impressed it’s still working given the age of these units. Mine packed in about 8 years ago, tried sorting the fuse and battery but no luck. Still in a box in the cupboard. Replaced it with SH unit and now a B&G plotter.

Try Service Centre, they have repaired Navman/Northstar and Raymarine stuff for me, I’ve found them honest reliable and reasonably priced. Their system is geared to contact via their ebay shop which I initially doubted but can see how it makes their tracking easier. I use the fixed priced estimate option.
