Just fitted a Navman 3100 multi-function display and associated transducers and I am dismayed to find that although it does have a depth alarm, it does not display (a) whether it's ON or not, nor (b) what depth the alarm is currently set at. The only way, it seems, that you can check either of these vital bits of information is to go through the whole setting process each time. Is this the case, or am I am missing something? (I'm working in simulation mode as the boat is ashore)
