Navionics Update Pricing

I am looking to update the Navionics Platinum Charts on my Raymarine plotter. According to their Chart Installer when it looks at the CF card this will cost 149 Euros, but as soon as I set up my address as being UK this increases to 179 Euros for the same data and area.
How can they justify charging me 30 Euros more for being in the UK!

I recently advised them of an error on one of their charts. After they'd corrected it, they sent me an email thanking me and enclosing a code for an update - unfortunately the code didn't work.
