Navionics Problem

I have got UK and Holland HD on my Nexus 7.

It used to work fine but, since an Android update, it won't open. The warning page comes up, I press I Agree, it starts initialising then shuts down.

My Holland HD ( which I downloaded later) works fine.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall the app and reinstall?
You wont have to pay again.

If that does not work try contacting Navionics. I think their details are on the Playstore.
They were prompt in answering a query I had a while back.

Im running 5.0.2 with Navionics HD (UK and Holland).

I would try reinstalling it - I had some issues where it wasn't showing the wind data overlay but after a re-install it worked fine. If all attempts fail, give customer service a ring, they're very helpful.

I know its no consolation to you but its running fine on my Nexus 5 (Android 5.1) and has given no problems through the last couple of operating system upgrades.

I have it working on a Nexus 5 Android 5.1 and an ASUS tablet Android 4.2

I had a similar problem once, and contacted Navionics support who suggested clearing the application Cache and Data.

This meant downloading the map again but did fix the issue.

I have the same problem on a Hudl 2 with KitKat 4.4.2. Will run on Galaxy s3 KK 4.3 with occasional glitches requiring cache emptying. Boating Europe HD runs fine on both.
