Navionics PC chart reader?

Before spending the rest of the day searching through the Internet to find out (yep in a lazy mood ;-). Is there a PC software that will allow you to read Navionics Gold charts and maybe passage plan, create routes etc onshore then transfer to your chart plotter? I have a suitable card reader/writer I think. What PC software will allow you to use Navionics Gold charts if I wanted to run nav from the PC rather than/as well as the CP?

You may want to read this thread before trying to read your Navionics card.

Readers are available from Navionics which include charting software or if your plotter is a Raymarine, the software is available free as a download.
