Navionics iPad Apps - price hike?

The Navionics Apps have been withdrawn from the iTunes store for 'maintenance and updating'. Expect a price hike when they return. Navionics have declined to confirm the price will not be increased - so expect a hike.

If it is an improved system, a hike may be justified. I guess it depends by how much. Car makers don't give you this year's model at last year's price, do they?

They appear to be back. Looks like they had some big flaws that needed fixing?

No fee to update to the latest version.

Am update has just come through for my two Navionics app charts. Not quite sure what it did to the UK & Holland one but it's updated the tide,currents & wind info menu system on my Atlantic Europe & the Med one. Now matches the (easier to use) system on UK & Holland. All foc. And you've got to say that those apps are a bargain v's plotter software prices.
