I hope a simple question! Tomorrow, I plan to motor from Lakeyard in Poole Harbour to Weir Quay also in Poole Harbour - a distance of 4 miles!
The auto route function of the Navionics software displays the suggested route in purple as far as the Wareham Channel and then switches to display the remainder of the suggested route in red and black checkers.
Why is this, the obvious reason/answer is that the checkered route is shallow (very) - is this the reason or is there another reason?
