Navionics ( Garmin ) chart updates

Any ideas how soon after a Notice To Mariners being issued Navionics ( Garmin ) update their charts ?
I subscribe to their freshest updates allowing unlimited updates throughout the year.
A notice was issued by Ports of Jersey 19th April advising deployment of a permanent wave monitoring station 5 miles south of Jersey and having
just updated my charts it is not showing up ? I appreciate the charts are only one aspect of navigation and my radar would certainly pick it up but
do wonder what else is getting missed , particularly when the marketing advises 1000,s of daily updates worldwide

Interesting question. The notice you are describing is a local notice so it might be a couple of weeks before UKHO issued their version of that. I have the weekly notices so later tonight I look and see if UKHO have covered it yet. The point could be that Navionics would only adopt changes issued by the UKHO. As I monitor Notices on the SE coast weekly including all 'Local' notices I think it would be an impossible logistic for Navionics to monitor all local notices.
