Yours is set on the Sonar depths rather than standard chart depths. Simply click on the light blue icon at the left bottom and you'll get the normal view back.

Hooray! A solution at last. Many thanks. I wonder why SonarChart seems to be the default now - it's not something I have changed myself and I don't have any sonar devices. The developers at Navionics didn't manage to figure it out for me which is worrying.
