Apologies , I know there was a recent post on this but I can't find it.

Just got Navionics on my Galaxy Note 2 , runs fine (non Hd version)

However , it does not show any drying heights.
Is there any way round this or is it just like this ?

The navionics site gives no guidance on it.

I have an oldish version of Navionics on Android. Hadn't really bothered looking at this before, as not a big factor where we sail - we just stay outside the 5m depth contours

However, the Navionics maps are a bit sparse on spot depths anyway. Some places I looked had no drying heights. However, using the Uk version I then looked at Loch Gilp in the Clyde, which dries for a mile or so, and there were drying heights there.
So try somewhere like Loch Gilp and see if anything shown. Cold just be map data issue

Thanks for you reply dunedin but i don't see them.
see image attached.
must look into this.
There was a recent thread on this with pictures but i am failing to find it.

Interesting - mine shows drying heights of -1.5m either side of the ford, for example. On version 5.3.1

Sorry cant help further

PS Searching with Dr Google suggests at least a couple of others have found this problem recently, and reported to Navionics - eg on the Playstore reviews. Worth reporting also, as sounds like a bug in the latest version

Interestingly i also run the apple version on my ipad.
That does show drying heights all over the place Hmm

As you say - Drying heights did not seem to appear on the non HD version of Navionics even though the screenshots on Play store show the drying heights on the area to the north of Haslar Marina...

but - GOOD NEWS - the App update from Play Store dated 4th November 2013 seems to have corrected this! At least now on my Galaxy Note I see the drying heights.

Thank you Navionics :)

Just checked. Mine does too now. Chuffed.

Mine too , now shows the drying heights.:)

Sorry to resurrect this old thread - it's all I could find on the subject. As of the latest UK and Holland Navionics update (9.1.1) all drying heights and soundings have disappeared (at least from the Anglesey area that I checked). Anyone else noticed this problem? I have a case logged with Navionics but so far all they have done is ask for proof of purchase - and that was about 2 weeks ago.

Nope. Nothing there either. Are you on the Android version with the latest software? It's 9.1.1 with Basemap version 20180703 on mine. Thanks.

OK for me. You have to zoom in to get more heights to appear.

I can make the drying marks appear and disappear on mine,

In "Advanced Map Options" there is a slider for "Water Level" - as standard mine is set to 0m and shows the marks

If you set it negative in anyway the drying marks disappear

Hmm. Tried playing with Water Level but it doesn't produce any depths or drying heights. I've tried all the other settings too.
