Navionics Depth Soundings

I’ve just downloaded Navionics on my new iPhone8 (have had it working fine on previous phones).

I can’t see any depth soundings (although there are depth contours).

Could anyone help ? I can’t see it as an option in settings!

I don’t know it’s really odd.

I wonder if they now charger for this - so having changed my phone I will now need to pay extra :

You should be able to see contours and depth soundings without faffing with anything in settings.

Unless.

You do not have a valid subscription for the sea area in play, when you will just see a data poor representation of the area - like contour lines with no depth soundings.

It’s weird.

I can see everything - full detail rather than the low resolution base map- including depth contours - except no depth numbers.

You should be able to see contours and depth soundings without faffing with anything in settings.
