Is there any free or low cost plotting programmes that can use navionics charts?

Depends what you call low cost, but have a look at Tiki gold, its what I have and I'm very pleased with it. Norwegian company I think.

Thanks very much, do you need a special card reader and do you know if the programme works with 'silver' charts?
