Hi all.

Anybody had any experience with online theory providers Nav at home or Kipper Sailing?

Looking at booking this weekend, and price wise Kipper Sailing seems to be the cheaper of the 2.

Thanks

Just completed my DS theory and used Urban Truant found them excellent , the course is backed up by about 20 videos which were simple to follow and explained everything . They were about the cheapest . I did my exam on a Sunday and they marked it with comments within a couple of hours . I would use them again to do my yacht masters . If you check their website you can have 24 hours access to the full course as a free trial .

I used Nav at Home for CEVNI but aren't all these companies simply 3rd party resellers of access to the same RYA training portal so it makes no difference who you sign up with? That is definitely the case for the CEVNI so I just signed up with the one quoting the lowest price...

No, for YMO N@H had their own material, though essentially a rehash of the RYA course hand book. They also marked the exam.
