I suspect I was probably the last person to find the "sailing channels" ? 
Not much of a TV watcher, I found these by accident on Sky while offshore (working). Channel 445/447
run from about 02:00 - 03:30 UK time.
Mostly French / Italian productions, with dubbing. Lots of drop dead gorgeous boats (and a few women of equal allure here & there..)
I wouldn't have stayed up to watch it, but set it to record, and enjoyed a day later.
Marine eye-candy of considerable quality.
... content light.. but good for keeping one's spirit up in February!
