I have selected "ignore" for most areas as, for the time being , I'm only interested in sea area- 'Thames'- but I've overdone it and now can't find any reports for that particular one.

Can anyone tell me which of the transmission area(s) covers what I want as I have tried waiting for reports to come up and North Sea reports seem only to cover the Northern section. All others seem irrelevant

I think the information in the weatherman manual comes from the german weather site ( www.dwd.de ) and has suffered in translation. Never the less you should get Thames on the North Sea program. This covers as far south as the English channel. The North Atlantic program also includes the English channel. If you program for too much information it can be a bit of a pain finding what you want but, in this case, too much is definitely better than too little.
