I have been looking at NASA Weatherman (DWD HF/SSB) - can I get weather data for the Clyde/Western Scotland/Irish Sea on this system ? - if so where is the data ? - any help appreciated.

As far as I can make out from the diagram in their adverts, these areas aren't covered. One of the main reasons (apart from cost and the need to find room for it) that I haven't considered getting one.

If its the HF3W it is great bit of kit and you can download the faxes from Northwood ( for instance). We've got one and we love it.

That's a completely different beast. The DWD receives and displays forecasts for specific sea areas broadcast from DWD Germany. NASA's website gives a link titled "additional Atlantic forecasts", but that goes to the DWD site and I've been unable to find on it either the broadcast sea area list, or "additional". Perhaps someone who speaks German might have more luck.
