Hi All,
Hooked up a nasa navtex engine and installed the nasa software. works very well with the rail mounted aerial.
However, when i get the niton messages how do a figure out the date? Sample below taken this morning (or last night)sometime:

This means it was this morning at 7:00.

17 = the 17th 0700 = 7:00
