Recently NASA Marine have got to be one of the very best for customer service ..... this from my own experience and observations of other club members.
So I was hoping that all the Marine Electronics Industry would be the same .... so having a look on the Net I can only find agents for Simrad which initially says (to me anyway) additional expense for just handling & not actual input to any fix & turnaround etc.
My question now is ...... does anyone have any contact details/address to send my TP10 to for repair ..... as it went into total failure after bringing me back through a 'freak unpredicted storm' last year ...... well to say the least the 'Met-Office' had the forecast totally wrong which is why I (& a couple of my Pals new-ish to Sailing) were out there in the first place.
I do actually like the unit .... and for a 23' boat it does a great job ... even in 'roughers!
I've had a look online & found a Simrad installation Co in Ardrossan .... but no reply as of yet.
