nasa clipper wind speed and direction

Hello , can someone please tell me when NASA changed their Wind speed and direction display from V1 to V2 (5 to 3 wire) ?

Sorry - can't help directly. but I've always found NASA very helpful to enquiries. I've just bought a second replacement spinner for my V1!
