Mine are missing, the tender is about 7ft long with wooden transom, they would appear to be very short shafted maybe even 'click' into place.

Has anyone ever had to replace theirs, where did you find your replacements?

I think they might have been part of the original oars, but I do not have the original oars.

Thank you in advance.

the rowlocks on a narwhal consist of a socket on the ding and a pin attached to the oars. the pin has a flat on one side and locks into the socket. the arrangement doesn't work very well as the metal liner of the socket comes loose and rotates making the pin/oar impossible to remove.

your best bet might be to replace the original fitting with an avon-type rubber rowlock and use plain wooden oars
