I hesitated to post this as it is about Napoleon's mistresses, but he is quite "boaty" and according to the blurb/reviews is a fair autobiography of the man...

I believe he was. Didn't he make a long voyage under sail to somewhere in the South Atlantic?

If he had been able to take the RYA theory and practical exams he perhaps could have qualified as a Yachtmaster.
