Mirabriani, I see you were responsible for a certain thread that appeared to cause a slight hiccup. whats the chance of an update, i.e. house?. ferrari?. I know where my money lies as regards an update and who ends up with everthing especially as there are kids involved.

Yes, of course...........
As always in these matters, slow progress.
The house IS owned by husband as predicted (perhaps a lie there then)
Apparently close to a deal
Wife is, at the same time, scared, fed up with it all, prepared to settle for anything reasonable, influenced by parents.
All of which is IMO not helping her.
The break has been coming for some years and husband has had ample time to prepare.
Standby for more.

Friend of mine recently had this problem, similar, time available.
amazingly despite disclosure of assets etc. little money left in kitty. she also settled to stop the aggro, etc, for what imo was woefully inadequate.
Wonder if there is any chance of a redress?

Personally by the time we had finished arqueing, the sharks had taken the greatest majority of it anyway.

The biggest losers ..... the kids, I trust you offer your support in this their time of need.
