Mystery fishing dinghy

Can anyone please help identify this ply constructed boat?
It measures 136 by 58 inches.

Doubtless well appointed for angling inland, I rather suspect it wasn't built by a professional boatbuilder. I'd say you have a 'one-off' that someone spent hours thinking about. Several years ago, the US magazine Wooden Boat carried a feature about a very skilled boatbuilder who was approached by an angler to build something similar in concept and this might have provided the inspiration for such a specialist vessel.

Heads

All the seat positions have heads incorporated except the one you would have to use if you were rowing. Doesn't make much sense to me.
