Would anyone have any idea what type of catamaran this is?

It has a very distinctive late '70's or early '80s British Cat look about it.

I took these photos this morning about a kilometer from my home. It looks almost like a Catalac, but not quite. A distant relative perhaps?

It does look a bit similar, but the windows are different.

In the 70s a lot of boats where bought as mouldings only, they were finished by the owners. So many differences resulted.

Looks not unlike one of Bill O'Brian's Oceanics, minus the doghouse

Looks Bill O'Brian to me, possibly 1960's

I would agree. O'Brian influenced many catamaran designs in that era. She's in need of a major refit, but in decent enough shape for her age.
