Not sure wether it will be of any interest to anybody but Just seen a Petrolia thread and having been inspired to emulate his trip by his magnificent blog, thought I would post link to my blog of my adventure in case anybody is struggling to sleep one night and needs help in dropping off. Only been boating 3 years and made loads of mistakes but Learnt lots and so if anybody else considering a similar trip hopefully it may be of some small help. The trip was absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending it. Warning it is a lot longer than the Petrolia blog and I am sure there are some inaccuracies both technical and grammatical so apologies in advance.
