Pedant mode: "I am going to colleage and as apart" would that be college and a part? pedant mode off.

As MC says no-one will fill this in publicly and although you ask for an email you give no address. Hint, put email address in personal details not on the thread!

[/ QUOTE ]Are you trying to get him a slot in the poor box?

I had heard rumours the UK education system was dumbing down but I did not realise how far it had gone.

Dear Siddons

Please ignore these carping know-alls.

However, your questionnaire is poorly structured and a little hard to understand - I doubt you will be able to extract any useful information from your responses.

Why not just post your course work assignment here and I am sure we would all be happy to do it for you, we will leave a space for you to put your name. Indeed, why not post all future course work here too.

[/ QUOTE ] Just had a re-read and sniggered to myself at this comment....

Maybe it should read "All the information is confidential and will not be distributed to anyone other than the 35 Billion people connected to the Internet......"

At a guess you are trying to complete something like KS level 2 ? If you are then you do need 20 sets of data but you don't need this many questions (Just 20 people to reply)

Try asking less questions of a simple nature, i.e. How do you rate your boat (Score 1-5) etc. If you dont ask for confidential info you should get better results.

Gender is no substitute for sex

Thanks Kilter for pointing out that there is no email address - I might have wasted time filling it in before discovering its absence. I say "might have" because what actually stopped me was my incurable pedantry. This affliction prevents me answering the question "Gender?" when the only choices are male and female. (In my fussy little mind there are male and female sexes, and masculine and feminine genders.)

Poor Siddons has already been criticised for dodgy spelling and grammar, so I ought to add that the gender mistake is made by many others, even those more literate than him or her.

Don't let's get on to the difference between it's and its . . .

Following a change in lifestyle a couple of years ago I discovered that a lot of people are trying to improve the educational level they have so far achieved.

If this poster is genuine I think he is trying to achieve a qualification equivalent to the old O level, but with a more practical approach. His question seems to relate to a number or IT based qualification. The spelling is dodgy (Not my strongest suit either) but at least the poster seems to be making an effort to improve and not hanging around on street corners drinking-whatever they drink !-.

Its sometimes too easy to look down your nose, give the poster a chance.
