Bienvenu Cannon !

Have you got any photos you could post here, or tell us the class of the boat ?

Some classes have their own website, so the sooner you can identify the maker, the quicker we can throw some ideas and suggestions to you !

Faryman engines are made in Germany and are very good engines i am only familiar with the single air cooled 12 hp model which is the easiest starting on the handle diesel i have ever come across, spares may be hard to get if an older model.

Farymann diesels are still made in Germany. However late in 2003, Danish engine manufacturer Bukh bought German manufacturer Farymann, Best place to start though is, I suppose. http://www.farymann.de/

There is also this out fit in the US
Entec West
Attn: Dave Oostmann
16710 SW 72nd Street
Portland Oregon 97224
503-639-2764 voice and Fax

This company also manufactures a Diesel Genset, rebuilds the Farymann marine engines, and has parts in stock 99% of the time.

The guy who posted this address got it from the German manufacturer, so presumably they have details of European delaers as well.
