Must haves on a mobo

Hi,
Assume you were planning to keep a mobo in a place where spares (everything) are more or less unavailable what would be the must have list. After good advice from the forum I am looking at Hatts with D/71s, mid 80s with genset and a/c. As I am planning on buying in the US I'd like to load up with some hardware just to cover the most common maintenance issues on mobos.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Diesel 25 - 50p litre. Gas 35 - 50p litre. "Currently". That's the good bit, the bad is spares which I can't get fedexd in (US embargo on Cuba).

Have a try on Mobo forum Billy, there's a whole list of folk on liveaboard who wouldn't know a Hatt with D/71's if it came up from 10 metres on the anchor flukes.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
