Shame; if they've been attached to an antifouled hull no matter how ineffective, you probably wouldn't want to marinière them.
Where was this harvest grown?

Indeed one would not want to eat them. But mussels are able to some extent to de-toxify copper and other heavy metals by sequestration as metallothioneins, and then excrete them - but it costs them in energy/growth terms to do so, which might perhaps explain why they look a bit small! :)
