Munster Simms - Great Service

I've had problems with a Whale Gusher 10 Mk3. Internal corrosion meant that flap valves were not seating/closing properly. The pump is 5 years old, and I didnt have proof of purchase, but I sent the pump body back and a very very helpful Munster Simms have just sent me a brand new one, free of charge. Hats off, thank you and well done.

If you check out the first copy of PBO on the home page you will also see an article on bilge pumps including various Whale models and some adverts for them as well.
I guess they have to be doing something well to keep going that long.
