Sailing NE up (or down, you choose) the Wallet on Monday
we saw MULTRASALVOR 3 in the distance off Holland on Sea.
As we got closer we could see that she was tethered by her anchor chain but could see no day shape anchor ball.
Only when we passed it and were no longer looking into the sun could we see that it was showing a dim flashing yellow.
I guess that's some strange Dutch convention 'cos it was certainly no hovercraft.
