But not untill Wednesday. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Well suppose it will be Thursday or Friday, by the time I've got down there and sorted stuff out.

Engineer wants to go out with me, to see if I'm satisfied with the work. Funny, most seem to slink away with there heads down. She's supposed to be all spick and span, pollished and valetted. Even a brand new Honda generator sat in the office for safe keeping.

Re the oncoming wedding. We have obtained the services of the forums own Chaplain (No names mentioned) who has kindly offered to marry us, or give us a blessing on the boat, or just about anywhere else. Laws permitting.

Can you have a blessing, before you get wed?? or is it the other way round.

Suppose M Farter will make a very nice church, with the radar arch acting as spire. We've got the font in the bog and theres a very nice helm, that will make an excelent pulpit. The choir will stand on the fly bridge, giving some pomp and ceremony to the proceedings..

Now I can play an organ, drive a boat, not to sure expert enough about the marrage bit. But sure I can cope.

It's just doing it all at once, that has me worried. So I need a bit of a crew.

Could do with an organ player, or disk jocky may be better.

Some one to give Debs away. (Is there anyone dont want her.)

A best man and some brides maids. Oh and some usher type folk that could double up as crew.

I also need a driver, a sort of steady type of guy, who can traverse the waves in a solom sort of manner, suitable for the occasion.( we dont want the bride and chaplain trapped down the lazerette).

Anyway we can practice a bit in the next two weeks, whilst the forum chaplain and I work out the proceedure.

Would the fly bridge, be better for the wedding bit, or to wobbaly.

Is the tender ok as wedding car, or do we need somfink else. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Does Debs have to sleep in the dinghy overnight before the wedding, as is tradition, or is it ok for me to find her some place in the engine room. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I fink we could do with a few folk down next week to sort it all out, it's very confusing.

So if debs sleeps in the dinghy on a 100 yards painter, is that ok,or can it be 10 meters. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

How do we do the wedding bans, is it via the coast guards chanel 16, mayday or change to chanel 67.

Can we have an exclusion zone. whilst we get pissed.

Don't know about the Red Arrows but may be able to sort out the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight , dependant on Dates /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Haydn , can Ush will Ush , give the word /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Tradition dictates that Deb's should sleep with the best man on the night before , this is just to prove that he is /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No. not yet. But I have plans for red die in the holding tank and blue in the sink. Mind the chaplain may have even better options, knowing his position.

We may get a battle ship! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

He is the Man

Some say He sleeps standing up with his eyes open !

We call him "The Baptist" /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I'm used to going slow, can I do it! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We may get a battle ship!

A "Little Ship" would be better! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Good luck with the day
