Moving boat from Cardiff to Neyland

I'm looking for a way to move a 23ft yacht I am thinking of purchasing from Cardiff to Neyland on the Milford Haven waterway.

This would either be by finding someone to sail it there for me or by transporting it by road.

I'd be grateful for any contacts or offers (bids?)

If you have no luck with sailing round then there is a good guy in Cardiff who transported our previous yacht to Neyland by road. If you are interested I will find his name & number.

Will you be keeping the boat in the marina or on a mooring outside?
