Moving a boat to Portugal

Hello Everyone, I wonder if I could pick your brains?
I'm thinking of moving my 9 plus metre boat to a permanent berth in Portugal and wondered if anyone has any advice on criteria and how to get it over there etc., any comments would be welcome.
