I'm currently replacing the headlining in the forecabin of my Mirage 29 (one of the worst boaty jobs ever) and have discovered three ply reinforcing pads imounded into the underside of the foredeck. They are all on the centreline, one just aft of the chainlocker bulkhead which I asume is for an anchor winch. The second is just forward of the start of the raised coachroof and would have been for a babystay if fitted. The third is puzzling me, it is about half way between the other two...any ideas?
