Motorsport at RAF Woodbridge

On Saturday 13th Oct there is a Stages Rally taking place at RAF Woodbridge.
My fellow Cambridge Car Club members and myself are marshaling on the event.
Some of us will be staying on Sirenia on Friday evening, doing the event on Saturday and having a sail on Sunday.

If you fancy coming along please let me know.
It will be an all day event.

Tides for the Deben bar are middle of the day so the latest entry on the Friday would be by 15:00hrs

The event is about 5 miles from the Tidemill.
The best way would be to join us at Ramsholt Friday evening.
If I know that a few are coming along I will make sure that there are enough spare car seats for the trip.

The only way for your friend to get over the Deben Bar at low water is to fit wheels on his keel and wear a nappy. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
 
Well, by my calculations you should have had about 1m of tide above chart datum and the eastcoastrivers pdf of the entrance give 0.3 of water on the Ore bar.
Are you sure that you still have a keel on Morgana?

I have found more water on the Ore Bar than I expected this year.

I am sure of the depths on the Deben bar.
I have checked it with Sirenia's keel.
