Sorry to reopen old wounds. All the mags have attempted to ensure that courtesy on the high seas exist between sail and motor. THis includes giving sail a wide berth when motoring in order to minimize effects of wash etc.
I wonder why the pilot boats at Harwich think it is professional to charge around at warp factor eight within arms reach, cutting across intended tracks spilling wind from sails and sending chattels in all directions below.
Should we not be able to expect a better example from professionals?
