Motor boat insurance

My dad owns a motor boat, he is trying to get insurance for it for the first time ,he has no idea of the date of manufacture or model name

it’s very similar to a warrior 165 in style only

He is struggling to find an insurance company that will insure the boat because of the lack of information

Does anyone know of a uk insurance company that might help

My dad has decided to have a insurance survey from nick in Falmouth which should solve the problem

Looks like a trihedral hull, but more photos needed inside the hull and outside as well for anyone to be likely to ID it, there have been many similar designs made over the years. The doghouse looks homemade.

Given I can't even tell a hardchine from a trihedral I'll leave the identification to others.

Try Craft Insure. They ask very very few questions and present a quote immediately.

In my case and following a claim in 2020 they have now disregarded that claim and offered me the best price of al, and without 1,000 questions.

Oh yes, and when I did place my first ever claim after 40+ years and only 3 weeks with them, they paid out without argument nor fuss.
