Most expensive launch?

Val Wyatts on the Thames, £25 sir (this is for self launch of 16 foot open boat) for you to use our slipway (huge amount of maintenance last winter etc. blah blah blah) Launched 16 foot open boat to check new propeller shaft and gland packing etc. Returned to slipway 2 hours later to find my car had been driven into and a large 6 inch dia dent left in it, much scratching of chin sorry sir havn't a clue then wander off quick...

Can anyone beat this?

Why launch at Hamble Point when it's free at Swanwick ???

(Admittedly a couple of miles further up)
