i would strip it down they are siple but take photos as you can get confused how plates go together and clean it all up and regrease and replace any badly corroded parts and any ciclips replace save you a bit and should all be good
its probably easy to see parts siezed upon stripdown

Thanks, I've already given that a go but can't seem to separate it. I don't think this was helped by it being situated where it was subject to water pouring / dripping over it for a number of years. I think the hole thing has seized.

I think from memory it’s a MV VOLVO which is a variant of the MI control
If the neutral run up button is seized you maybe be best to purchase another model altogether as the one you have LS11 probably no longer available.
However should you decide to try to salvage it.
Take photos as suggested and remove the levers and back plate and you should end up with a alloy box containing the actual mechanism held together with Two 1/4 “ cheese headed set screws which when removed will allow access to the mechanism but as there is ball on a spring to provide the detects you need to watch where it goes . The main shaft to which the handle attaches should have nylon bushes

Try putting it in boiling water first

The TX side mount control will do what you want and take the same cables rather than the Morse one at twice the price
